The current trajectory of many cities is to put folks into consolidated high density living spaces. It has only been a few years ago that Auxiliary Dwelling Units (ADU) have even been practical for a homeowner construct in order to utilize otherwise DEAD ZONEs in their backyards. This was encouraged by the State of California as an avenue to promote better land use and help to drive the cost of living down. It further ensures that existing residents benefit from contributing to this instead of non-local businesses who are the only ones able to afford owning the high density project or apartment living. Their currently only competing with themselves and thus, it’s not a competition at all.

Our initial goal is to assist in this grass roots disruption by providing software solutions to connect renters with ADU owners, starting with a match up system and moving on from there. The intention will be to Open Source as much of the platform as financially possible and to offer as much service as we can on a Free Tier. Given that we are found to provide Homeowners, willing to take the plunge into ADU land, with value, we hope to attract affordable Paid-for-Tiers to keep the lights on and the innovation moving forward.

The privacy policy is clear: We will not sell any personal information you entrust us with unless you proactively OPT-IN, we will keep a log of all folks we sell your information to and will proactively send them a notice to cascade DELETE (i.e. notice to those they shared with), your information, should you choose to OPT-OUT at a future date. This is the intension at this moment and text in similar size will be posted if that changes.
